Why this is urgent

Search moved into the answer. Most brands didn’t notice.

The shift from ten blue links to a single AI answer is the biggest change in discovery since Google launched. Here’s what it breaks.

0 clicks

AI answers the question before the click

Buyers ask ChatGPT or Perplexity and get a synthesized answer. If you’re not in it, you’re invisible — and your organic traffic quietly erodes.

~20 sources

A handful of URLs decide who gets recommended

60–80% of citations in a category trace back to roughly 20 sources — Reddit threads, G2, Wikipedia, specific Substacks. Own those, own the answer.

5 engines

Every engine has its own bias

You might lead in Claude and be missing entirely from Google AI Overviews. One score hides the truth — you need per-engine visibility.

Old SEO
  • Rank #1 in Google's links
  • Win the click, then the visit
  • Keywords and backlinks
GEO
  • Be the answer ChatGPT gives
  • Cited before the click
  • Structured, quotable sources

Buyers ask AI first now. The goal is to be the answer, not link #10.

What we do

From a one-week audit to a content surface that compounds

Start with the audit to see where you stand. Move to a retainer to close the gap. Add programmatic SEO when you’re ready to scale.

Ongoing program

GEO Retainer

Continuous tracking, content built for extractability, and distribution into the sources LLMs trust. We move your share of voice, not just measure it.

Programmatic SEO Build

1,000–100,000 entity-rich pages from your structured data, engineered to be indexed by Google and extracted by LLMs. The kind of build that needs engineering, not just content.

A reproducible pipeline, not a vibe check

What sets us apart

The dashboards measure. We move the number.

The gap in the market isn’t another tracker. It’s the team that can both see the problem and ship the fix.

Engineers, not repackaged SEO

Most GEO offerings are dashboards, or SEO services in new packaging. We build the agent infrastructure — and the action layer that moves the numbers.

Measurement and remediation

We don’t just tell you you’re losing. We generate the content, build the schema, ship programmatic pages, and draft the distribution.

Leading indicators, weekly

AI visibility moves slowly and nobody has proven how slowly. We report mention rate, citations, and prompts-where-mentioned weekly so you watch the real curve, not a forecast.

Reproducible by design

Our tracker runs 500+ prompts × 5 engines on a schedule. The same rigorous methodology every run — a clear dashboard and honest numbers.

The platform

An action layer of agents — not just another dashboard

We built the agent infrastructure that measures AI visibility and the system that moves it: content, schema, programmatic pages, and drafted distribution.

Track

Multi-engine runner + parser

Samples 500+ prompts across 5 engines and extracts mentions, sentiment, position, and every cited URL into structured data.

Analyze

Citation + content-gap agents

Maps the ~20 sources LLMs cite in your category and finds the exact topics where competitors win and you don’t.

Create

Brief, draft & schema agents

Drafts extractable content matched to what LLMs reward, and generates JSON-LD schema across your pages.

Scale

Programmatic page generator

Turns structured data into thousands of entity-rich, indexable pages — the same engine that built this site’s location and industry pages.

Distribute

Distribution agent

Drafts distribution into the communities and publications AI engines cite — queued for human approval.

Alert

Aggregator + alerting

Rolls everything into share-of-voice trends and pings Slack or email when positioning shifts or a rival appears.

We dogfood it. The31 location pages, the 8 industry pages, and the new GEO agencies buyer's guide on this site were generated by our own programmatic page engine — schema, extractable content, and all.

GEO agencies by city

Named GEO agencies — and the markets we cover

We benchmark every city against the real firms AI engines cite today. Our 5-engine prompt corpus includes each of them so your audit shows where they out-cite you — and where you out-cite them.

Frequently asked questions

What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)?

GEO is the practice of getting your brand mentioned, cited, and recommended inside AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. Where SEO optimizes for the ten blue links, GEO optimizes for the single answer an AI gives — and the sources it pulls from.

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO competes for ranked links a user chooses between. GEO competes to be the answer itself, or one of the handful of sources the model cites. The signals overlap (authority, structured data, clear claims) but the tactics differ: extractable content, presence in LLM-trusted sources like Reddit and Wikipedia, and entity-rich pages matter more than keyword density.

How do you measure AI visibility?

We run 200–500 buyer-intent prompts across five engines, multiple times, over a sampling window. For each response we extract brand mentions, sentiment, position in the answer, recommendation strength, and the URLs cited. That rolls up into an AI Share of Voice score you can track over time and against competitors.

How long until I see results?

Honestly: nobody knows, and we won't invent a number. We searched for primary evidence on time-to-first-citation in AI answers and found none — the '60–120 days' figure this industry quotes (including, previously, us) is a vendor convention, not a finding. What we can say is grounded: technical fixes like crawler access and indexing can land within days, and because we sample every prompt repeatedly, citation changes are observable in weekly reporting rather than inferred. We report mention rate, citation count, and prompts-where-mentioned every week so you can watch the real curve instead of trusting our forecast. See our evidence page for the full grading.

Why work with engineers instead of an SEO agency?

Most GEO offerings are dashboards or SEO consultants in new packaging. We build the agent infrastructure that tracks, analyzes, and remediates AI visibility — and we ship the action layer: generated content, schema, programmatic pages, and drafted distribution. You get measurement and the means to move it.

What do I get with the audit?

The GEO Visibility Audit is delivered in about a week, scoped to your category. You get a 12–15 page teardown, a single-chart AI Share of Voice comparison against three competitors, a citation source map, a content-gap analysis, a technical readiness score, and a 90-day prioritized roadmap, plus a Loom walkthrough. We leave one or two quick wins you can implement yourself. Start with the free visibility check.
